Communication with the venue's rep. Reena was easy and she was very helpful. Minor last minute changes were accommodated. The decor and general ambiance in the basement bar was relaxed, modern and appealing with nice lighting and had the PA system and AV equipment we requested - all worked well. The food was excellent and was the subject of much positive feedback from my colleagues.
Only negative was that we ordered a lot of beer that wasn't going to be consumed right away but it wasn't possible to put these in the fridges or provide ice buckets for them, so some of the beer was consumed warm.
Communication from the beginning was great. The team at Cottons were really helpful in the lead up to my event. They were also great on the day of the event.
